Once we have finished finding you the best price available on the market, we follow up with regular communication. We are always at the end of the phone and answer our e-mails promptly.  We have face to face meetings with engineers at factories. This improves communications, increases quality, lowers prices and eliminates surprises. Then we push the factory to make sure they deliver the goods on time as delivered. Finally we inspect the order before it is sent off, ensuring it is as agreed in terms of quality and volume.
