Method of Payment::
For small sample order we accept 100% in advance by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Paypal. Please send email to ask our paypal account.
Pay pal is Convenient Easy, fast, and secure for deposit payment,  please add 3% on top for handling charge by pay pal,  your pay pal address must be verified.
For full container order we accept bank wire transfer or sight L/C.

Shipping:
We usually ship by sea. We accept less than container load and full container load order. We ship to all basic ports around the world.
Just tell us your nearest destination sea port name.

Delivery time
Sample order 10 working days of delivery after payment.
Container order 21 working days after payment.

Warranty
 2 years of guarantee on the generator, 1 year warranty of electric parts according to the manufacturer.
Every unit of our product have a serial number, all these numbers are trackable from end user to production.

If there are defects on the products, we will repair it when get the detailed Appraisal report from appraisal institute which have Identification of qualification or the institute designated by the state.

All the shipping charges will be beared by the shipper when we received the defects goods. We will provide free repair on the parts.
