Heat recovery ventilation with heat pump
Is a ventilation unit consisting of a counter flow heat exchanger, a heat pump, supply and exhaust air fans, supply air filter, exhaust air filter and controller.
This unit can offer air heating combine with the ventilation system in the house. Fresh air coming from outside can be directly treated by the unit, and polluted indoor air can be exhausted. The heating in polluted indoor air will be recovered by this unit, and return back indoor.
Application for HRV Advanced Ventilation and Air Filtration system:
Is fully ducted ventilator designed for residential, light commercial, school, child care centers and medical and dental surgeries. It is especially suitable for areas with constant levels of air pollution from vehicle emissions, industrial complexes and coal fired power stations.
Is suitable in ventilation systems where balanced ventilation, heat recovery and warm/cool air is needed. At first the heat will be recovered in the counter flow heat exchanger and then further heat will be supplied to the supply air by the heat pump. During the summer the heat pump can switch to a cooling mode.
Where security is an issue (i.e. windows need to be locked ) and locations with excessive traffic, aircraft or industrial noise, such environments would also benefit from the HRV system.
The filtration system is also effective against mould, pollen and spores that can contribute to asthma. Filters are effective to less than 1 micron.
It will remove stale air from the indoor air space and replace it with fresh air which has been pre-conditioned so as to have minimal impact on the indoor air temperature and humidity.
